RP:]] St Luke's Reform School For Young Gentlemen

"We-whe, we are what?" I say to the doctor as I just stare even harder at the screen.

Oh my God. I can see it now, both of our little babies!

"Oh my God Matt, two, we are... we're having two! Two?! And... and they are... both OK right?" I ask the doctor as I turn towards him.

"No illnesses, no diseases, no anything that could damage them for life?"

I can't think of any words to say right now. I can't think of anything to do right now, I've been completely taken by surprise. I've actually been shocked into silence. We're having two babies! TWO!

"Oh my God." I whisper under my breath as I look at the picture on screen.

"They're both perfectly healthy, Zacky. They're growing at a good rate, their heartbeats are good and strong. I don't forsee any problems coming up." The doctor says.

I can't take my eyes off the little heartbeats. This was amazing when we knew there was just one but now we've got two of them? I don't know how to react. Aside from diving on Zacky and telling him how amazing he is and how much I love him and how he's made me the happiest man alive. I can feel a tear sliding across my cheek in sheer elation.

"Hi!" I whisper in a higher than usual voice as I look at the screen.

I lift a hand to wave at the babies, "Hi babies!"

I laugh a little at Matt's reaction to us having twins. Well, at least he didn't faint like I thought he might have done.

"Hi babies," I say myself as I look at the screen.

"Would you like some copies? Like I really have to ask," I the doctor says with a laugh as he continues to press the little scanning stick on my belly.

"Yeah please, two please, so we can frame one and then post one to Coby," I say with a smile.

I can't take my eyes off them, our little miracles. I'm so amazed, I'm so happy! I'm going to be a daddy, twice! We're having two babies! I'm so excited.

"Oh my God, yeah." I agree, looking across at Zacky, "We should have a big party to celebrate, Zee! Tell everyone who doesn't already know and..."

I turn back to the screen, "Introduce our little miracles to everyone."

I laugh a little at Matt's insane excitement as he all but bounces in his seat.

"Matt, chill," I tell him with a smile, "one thing at a time, yeah?"

I turn back to the doctor.

"So, you don't need to like, do any tests or anything to make sure they are perfectly healthy and that they aren't going to be like, disabled or something?"

I feel awful for asking something like that. But I'm sure other people ask anyway. I mean, it's not like I wouldn't love them if they were... it's just, I don't think I'd be able to deal with it.

I look between Zacky and the doctor. He's really worried about our kids. He's turning into such a good mommy already. Although I'll never say that to his face, hormones and the unwritten pregnancy rules state that he has permission to hit me for calling him a mommy.

I look back up to the doctor, "They are okay, right?"

The doctor smiles, "So far there are no abnormalities that we can see, the pair look very healthy. If you're concerned though, the earliest we can conduct any kind of tests is 5 months."

"5 months?" I whine a little before sighing, "well, can I book some now anyways, just to be sure, please?"

I look at Matt with a smile, "I just want to be sure, y'know?"

I don't know why I am so worried about all this. But I seriously just think it is the hormones. I have being like this for the past few weeks, since I've known I have being pregnant. But now with two on the way, it's twice the worry! Oh man...

"So," I look back at the doctor again as he starts whipping the jelly stuff from my belly, "are we done here then? Or do you need to weigh me? Check my blood pressure? Muscles mass? Anything?"

"Yeah, I know, sweetie. And I love how concerned you are. But you're going to go crazy if you keep worrying." I say, putting my arms behind my back so he doesn't get a sudden bipolar crazy hormone moment and decided to tear them off.

Like he did with my balls the other day.

"No, we're all done here for today. This was just a preliminary scan, making sure everyone's doing okay in there. We'll be a little more in depth on your next few visits." The doctor says, "Just try and relax, okay? Worrying isn't going to help them. If you want to see my receptionist on the way out, she'll book you in for another scan and those tests."

"Yeah, I'll try to calm down. Sorry, just, a little well, you've probably seen it all before."

I start to get off the make shift bench, with a little help from Matt.

"And I'll book those appointments right away," I say with a nod before getting my coat from the chair.

"Hey, Zacky. You forgot something," I hear the doctor say.

I turn around to look at him slightly confused before it clicks as he waves an envelope at me.

"Oooh yeah, sorry, scatter brain," I say with a laugh before going over to the doctor and taking the envelope he's holding.

"Thanks."

"You know, sometimes you'd forget your ass if it wasn't so perfectly attached to your sternum." I say with a grin, holding the door open for him, "After you my lady..."

I'm pretty sure he'd have smacked me with something for that remark if I wasn't grinning so much. It's a well known fact that no human being can remain mad at me for too long when I break out my smile.

I hope our kids get that, they can help us out of all kinds of sticky situations, I think to myself as I follow him to the receptionist's desk, But then again Zacky also has a beautiful smile, so them smiling like him wouldn't really be a bad thing either.

I'm off in some little dreamworld now, building little photofits of our kids. Chopping and changing things to make them as perfect as possible.

"OK, so that's all the appointments for the next seven months," I say to the receptionist as she writes everything down.

"Yes Mr Baker, I have written them all down here for you on an appointment card. That's nine appointments until your due date," The lady behind the counter says as he passes me yet enough piece of paper for me to carry.

"Thank you," I say with a smile.

"Come on Mattie," I say with a smile as I pat his arm to make him come out of fantasy land.

I can't keep this grin off my face. I nod at Zacky rather than speaking as I'm pretty sure my voice right now would be obscenely high pitched and probably scare my balls away.

I rest my hand on the small of his back and guide him from the surgery, not that he really needs my help, I just can't keep my hands off him even more now. I can't help myself, I'm always finding myself touching him or petting him. He keeps threatening to get me a cat to shut me up.

"Okay, so you want to go home or get something to eat or buy baby stuff or..." I close my mouth, clamping my teeth down on my tongue to stop me from having a girly scream right in the middle of the street.

"Hmmm, I think we should just head home? Y'know? So we can cuddle on the sofa for a little bit. Besides, I've got work tomorrow, and I don't want to be over tired," I tell Matt as we make our way towards his car in the parking lot.

"Unless you have any other plans?" I ask him as I look to my left to look up at him.

I narrow my eyes at him before taking his hand away from the small of my back and taking it into my own.

"I was serious about that cat y'know? And I know how allergic you are to them."

"Can't we just get you some little cat ears? It'd be much more enjoyable." I say, smiling, "Besides you love it, you know you do. I've heard you purr."

I pull the keys from my pocket and unlock the car, holding Zacky's door open for him. I close it behind him before moving round to my side and climbing in.

"I'm quite happy to cuddle on the sofa, watch some silly chick flick, eat popcorn or something equally as stupid that only couples who've been together as long as we can are allowed to do." I say, smiling happily as I look over at him.

I lean across to him and peck him on the cheek, "Love you. I don't think I've told you enough today."

I smile at him as I get comfortable in the front seat.

"I love you too Matt, and I never get tired of hearing you say it," I smile at him.

Looking at him now, it feels really insane that we have being together for almost ten years. It feels like it's only being... a few months or something. Everything is so fresh and new everyday we are together. I never thought that I would have that in my life. I'm so happy that I have that, and with my best friend as well.

I smile back at him before starting up the car, "Okay, home we go, for lots of cuddles."

I pull the car out of the parking spot, making sure to keep my eyes on the road, no matter how tempting it is to look across at the glowing angel next to me. It probably wouldn't matter if I did spend all my time staring at him, I'm working on autopilot right now, my mind's racing with everything we just found out.

"Twins." I say, thinking out loud, "I can't believe it. Y'know, I was researching a while ago and multiple births are one of the rarest things that can happen in male pregnancy. I think it's a 1 in 3 million chance or something."

I look over at Matt with a smile still on my face, I love how he is so excited about this.

"Really? Oh God, I do feel really special now," I laugh a little before placing my hand down on my stomach and patting it gently.

"It's that right sweeties? You two are uber special now. Not just special special, but uber special. With cherries on top," I say down to my belly.

Oh no, now Matt's dorkiness is rubbing off on me.

"Yup! And lots of whipped cream and sprinkles." I add, "Although maybe your daddies should keep that one for themselves, right?"

I hazard a quick dirty look at Zacky, "You know..." I whisper the word sex with exagerrated pronunciation, "Is actually very good for male pregnancy too. I checked it out as well."

He doesn't need to know that it was actually the first thing I looked at. I'm 27, sex is a big thing for me.

"It encourages endorphins which in turn make the babies happy and the mommy happy too."

I can't actually remember what the actual reason sex is good for pregnancy was but I think that one's very convincing.

I match the evilly sexy grin that Matt's sporting.

"Ooooh really? Why am I not surprised that you researched that?" I smirk.

It's actually really sweet. I mean, I remember when Matt would get embarrassed even if I gave him a blow job, he was scared of making any type of noises because he was worried he sounded weird. But, over the past few years, the tables have turned really. He's more of a sex animal than I used to be, and now I've got this whole sheepish thing going on. But, I blame the pregnancy and society for that.

"Well, I did say that I wanted the best for my baby, and now there is two of them. Means we'll just have to do whatever it is we do for a little bit longer, two times longer."

"I like the sounds of that." I say, rubbing my hands together with glee as we hit a red light, "And I know it may sound freaky and vulgar or whatever but this pregnancy is making you look even hotter than before."

When he's not vomiting, screaming or trying to kill me anyway. He's got that glow that all new mom's get - note to self, stop referring to Zacky as a mom - he looks more beautiful than I ever remember him looking. His eyes are brighter, his smile is more excitable, he just looks stunning.

"So, y'know, even if you don't feel it, at least I'll still be drooling madly over you."

I smile even more widely at him, even though I don't think that is possible without my cheeks giving way.

"It's not vulgar," I say, "in fact, I'm just glad that you don't find the idea of your boyfriend suddenly gaining a crazy amount of weight in a small amount of time repulsive."

That was actually one of my fears when I found out I was pregnant. I was so scared that Matt wouldn't find me sexy anymore.

"Repulsive? Zee, you could be 500lb's, excessively hairy and covered in boils and I would still think you were the most amazing man I'd ever seen." I say, smiling back at him, "Besides how could you carrying my babies be repulsive to me? How many men would do that? It's a sign of the love we have for each other, I think that's wonderful and romantic and amazing."

I start the car up again as we go through the lights, close to the home stretch now.

"So you have nothing to worry about, baby."

I don't say anything just watch him and listen to the words that he has said to me, playing them over and over again in my head. He says things like this to me all the time, but they could never get old, ever.

"When we get home, I want to just cuddle you, on our sofa, both of us totally naked with some weird ass mood movie playing," I tell him, thinking about what they normally do in the movies and grinning at the images.

"Is that your plans of a nice night in?"

"I can't think of anything more idyllic." I say, sincerely.

I pull into the street we live on and down our driveway, luckily we're near streets opening. I don't think I could handle driving even a few more feet without swerving to one side and cuddling him half to death.

"Okay, home sweet home!"

I'm gripping onto the side of the door now as Matt pulls into our drive way at an almost criminal speed.

"Jeez Mattie, anyone would think you hadn't had a cuddle with me in years," I laugh as I pull off my seatbelt and go about opening my car door and climbing out.

Granted it probably has being a few weeks since we have had a proper cuddle up, but it's not my fault. I just haven't felt up to it. But now, I want nothing more than to cuddle my man mountain all to myself, with no interruptions.
