I take a long moment before I sigh in defeat and roll onto my side, there's no way I'm going to get this out myself. I may as well get some help with it.

OK. I think Mattie's act of kindness on me the other night has bone to my brain.

"Thanks man." I say, "Didn't really think I had anyone else to talk to here. But I suppose spending so much time with the boyfriend kind of closed my mind to the world outside that door."

I laugh a little, "Wait, is there a world out there?"

I roll my eyes at him, "Yes Brian, and if you actually walked outside the door you'd see that some people in here actually want to talk to you."

I grin at him.

"So, should I leave you now? Or did you want anymore of my awesome advice?" I smirk at him.

I open my mouth to dispute that it was awesome advice but decide against it, it did help.
