I keep throwing all these allusions to the homophobia in the hospitals in there coz I figure it could be used later on when Brian's dying in the place.
Perhaps they let Corey in because he's Brian's blood son but no-one else through, Brian figured this would happen so he has a letter for Corey to give Zacky at the death?
Or something like that.
Coz Brian had the same trouble with Beau.
Figured it makes it a little more tragic.

I've thrown Matt back in there because Brian's going to die from a gunshot and there was no-one else who could really shoot him. I figured Matt would work best in that situation. Matt biding his time, making the family sweat, not appearing until Corey's about 14 and they all think he's given up. Then Brian gets shot. I'll have to write that at some point, haha.

Maybe Corey gets kicked out of his first secondary school.
Oooooh, I had an idea a while back that after Brian's died, maybe one of the bullies starts getting all up in Corey's face like. "It's a good thing that fag died." And Corey just goes to town on this guy or something. Gets kicked out of school and meets Ethan.
Or, he starts college and he meets Ethan in one of his courses. Maybe Skye can be a third year in modelling/performing arts or something like that.
